The website sells handmade press-on nails, created individually using professional materials. Each nail set is unique, so slight differences between the photos and the final product are possible.

The products are intended for decorative use. The buyer is responsible for proper use of the product according to the provided instructions. The seller is not responsible for the consequences of improper use, possible allergic reactions, or individual intolerance to materials.

3. Ordering and payment

All orders are fulfilled according to the information provided on the website. Due to the specifics of handmade products, items may be produced individually only after payment.

All prices are indicated in euros (EUR). All prices on our website are final—we do not apply additional fees. An order is considered final after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Handmade nails are shipped within 2–7 business days after payment. Delivery is carried out via parcel lockers, or registered parcels.

The seller is not responsible for delivery delays if they occur due to the fault of third parties (e.g., couriers) or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and claims

Due to hygiene and the nature of individual production, handmade press-on nails are not returnable or exchangeable, except in cases where the product is clearly defective or a manufacturing error was made.

Please submit claims regarding defects by email to [[email protected]] within 3 business days of receiving the product, attaching clear photos and the order number.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including designs, photos, descriptions, and nail design patterns, belongs to the seller and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or using it for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The seller is not responsible for:

• the customer’s improper use of the product;

• incorrect selection of nail size—the buyer is responsible for choosing the correct sizes according to the provided instructions and size guide. For this reason, products are not exchanged or returned unless an error occurred on the seller’s side;

• damage resulting from allergic reactions or material intolerance;

• temporary website operation errors or disruptions;

• differences between the product in photos and reality arising from the specifics of handmade work.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The buyer confirms that the data provided is correct and agrees to its use for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

9. Changes to the terms

The seller reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. The new terms take effect on the day they are published on the website. The terms that apply to the buyer are those that were confirmed at the time of ordering.
